The pandemic is causing postal delays and customers should be mindful that their order may experience delayed delivery.
Hopefully you will want to leave us a great photo review on our website and recommend us to your friends :)
We do our best to keep our customers happy. If you're not happy with your order please send us a short video showing and explaining the issue and we will be able to send you a free replacement or offer you free store credit when we receive the video and confirm the issue.
If you do not receive an order or if its been delayed please email us at Scott@bunbunbaby.com and we will surely assist you with the issue. We will be able to send you a replacement free of charge, offer you free store credit or update you on the delivery status, depending on the status of your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel an order before it is processed and shipped. After the order has been processed or shipped it will not be possible to cancel your order and get a refund.
Where are your goods manufactured?
Most of our products are supplied from China, We do have items that are handmade by us at BunBun Baby.
Can I return an item and get a refund?
You can return an item you purchased from our website for up 30 days after receiving it. We will be able to issue a refund once we receive the returned item.
Will I have to pay the Shipping Cost for returns?
You will have to pay shipping costs for the return. As we do not cover return shipping our customer service team always tries to find a more suitable and beneficial solution for our customers when they experience an issue with their orders. Depending on the issue, we will be able to offer you a free replacement, free store credit or exchanges at a reduced price, without having to return the original item. In these cases, we may require video evidence showing the issue at hand in order to confirm the issue on our end.
